Refinishing the frame

I've had this frame sitting (or hanging) in my garage for almost two years now, and figure it's about time to start doing something with it. I'm touching up all the knicks and dings with POR-15 and also redoing the suspension/engine mounting parts, as they had seen some time.

Not certain when I'll have the ability to migrate to the frame, hopefully start this winter. I do know that I need to do both the engine rebuild, and body-off painting. I think I'll be doing the paint when I have everything off the vehicle, so if anyone knows a good place that won't break my bank, please let me know. I pretty much need to strip and paint it. Minimal body work, probably due to the multiple paint coats on it already so there is almost /NO/ rust, just paint cracking and flaking due to three coats or more already on the metal.
